The Park Club Condos is a new residential condominium development by Elad Canada Inc. coming soon to George Henry Boulevard in Toronto, Ontario. This proposed development consists of a 33 storey point tower designed by WZMH Architects with a total of 265 units. The Park Club is the sixth building in the award-winning Emerald City master planned community located across from the Fairview Mall.
Elad Canada Inc. is a real estate developer based in Toronto and has been in business since 1997. They own "various of residential, senior housing and commercial income producing properties" and also develops condominiums in Montreal and the Greater Toronto Area. Elad Canada's portfolio up to 2008 consisted of "approximately 5.9 million square feet of commercial space and approximately 17,000 apartment and seniors’ units".
